A prescription pad isn't just a printed notepad: it's the official document the patient takes to the pharmacy. It has to be clear, legible and compliant with regulations.

Complete letterhead

First name, surname, specialization, REM code, VAT number, practice address, phone and email. All the doctor's details clearly visible at the top.

Progressive numbering

Each prescription has a unique progressive number (on both copies). Handy for filing and retrieving prescriptions.

Carbonless copy

The self-copying paper automatically transfers what you write onto the lower copy. No carbon paper, no photocopies.

Space for stamp/signature

How many prescriptions per pad?

Standard pads come in 50 or 100 prescriptions. Most doctors choose 100 prescriptions per pad, with a carbonless self-copying duplicate (the second copy stays in the pad).

How much do they cost?

As a guide: 10 pads of 100 prescriptions with carbonless copy, personalized letterhead, start from around € 70-90. For larger orders (50+ pads) the unit price drops. Delivery in 4-7 working days.

Do you need specific documents to print prescription pads?

For standard medical prescription pads all we need is: the doctor's first and last name, specialization, REM code (Electronic Register of Physicians), VAT number. For special pads (narcotic substances) specific procedures apply - let's talk before we start.
