How the final price is calculated: the simple formula

The final price of your thesis is the sum of three items: binding + prints + (optional shipping). The formula is the same for every thesis and works like this: start from the base price of the chosen binding (€ 8 for Thermal, € 25 for the Hardcover thesis), add € 0.05 for every black-and-white page printed, € 0.40 for every colour page printed. Quick practical example: a typical thesis of 100 pages all in black and white, Hardcover cover with gold foil printing, in-shop pickup = € 25 binding + (100 × € 0.05) prints = 25 + 5 = € 30 total. PhD thesis 200 b/w pages · Hardcover

How much does it cost to print 100 thesis pages in colour?
Colour pages weigh more. 100 pages all in colour = 100 × € 0.40 = € 40 of prints alone, to which you add the binding (€ 8 Thermal, € 25 Hardcover) for the final total: € 48 Thermal or € 65 Hardcover. Bear in mind that in a real thesis usually NOT all pages are in colour: often there are 70-80 pages of b/w text + 20-30 pages with colour charts/photos. For this kind of thesis the total stays under € 50.
Do you offer discounts for multiple copies of the thesis?
The unit price stays the same for all identical copies (same file, same binding): we don't apply automatic progressive discounts on multiples. What changes is the speed: printing 5 identical copies is almost as fast as printing one, because the setup is already done. For very large runs (10+ copies) call the shop directly: we'll find the best solution for your case together.
How much does DHL delivery of the thesis to my home cost?
€ 20 DHL Express shipping with delivery in 24-48 working hours anywhere in Italy (islands included). Shipping is added to the price of the thesis only if you order online or if you can't come to Rome to pick it up. If instead you drop by the shop on foot at Via di Porta Castello 29, 00193 Rome Prati, no shipping is needed: you collect it at the counter.
How do I pay for the thesis online?

Do the prices include VAT?

What about paying in instalments?
