We are a print house in Rome’s Prati district, 200 metres from St Peter’s. Since 2005 we have printed and bound theses, posters, roll-up banners, business cards, stickers and invitations for students, professionals and companies. The work keeps growing, and we are looking for new people.

Print shop counter assistant

We are looking for someone to run the counter and follow each job from start to finish: welcome the customer, work out what they need, print it, finish it and hand it over.

Contract:: Fixed-term, full time, 4 months, with the possibility of becoming permanent
Pay:: €1,300–1,600 net per month
Hours:: Monday to Friday, 9:00–19:00

Why: Only to assess your application and get back to you. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR); for unsolicited CVs, Art. 111-bis of the Italian Privacy Code.
Who sees it: Only us. Your application is stored on our own server and also reaches our business mailbox (hosted by Aruba in Italy, acting as data processor). We do not pass it to anyone else and never use it for marketing.
How long: Six months from when you send it. After that, the application and the CV are deleted automatically. You can ask us to delete them sooner.
Your rights: Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability (Arts. 15–22 GDPR): write to stampa@guug.it. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, garanteprivacy.it).
Do you have to?: No, but without your name, email and CV we cannot consider your application.
