The pieces of the suite

A well-coordinated wedding suite accompanies your guests from the invitation all the way to the thank-you card after the honeymoon. All sharing the same visual identity.

Invitations

The formal invitation, with matching envelope. Cotton paper, ivory wove or coloured Fedrigoni. Digital press printing, optional embossing or gold or silver.

Save the date

Sent 6-12 months before the wedding to your most important guests. Small-format card (10x15 or square), minimal design with date and place.

Ceremony booklet

The ceremony booklet (civil or religious): hymns, readings, texts, dedications. Saddle-stitch binding, 8-16 pages, A5 or square format.

Place cards

The little card with each guest's name at the table. Small card, with a ribbon or tie if you like. Optional individual name printing for every guest.

Table menu

The banquet menu, placed on the table in front of each guest. A5 portrait or landscape, 2-4 sides. Allergens and dietary info on request.

Tableau de mariage

A large sign (A2 or A1) at the reception entrance, showing the seating plan by table. Large-format printing, sometimes mounted on a rigid board.

Thank-you cards

Sent after the wedding. Small card, optional photos of the big day, personalised text. Optional printing with the couple's monogram.

Favours and tags

Personalised labels for wedding favours, hanging tags coordinated with the suite. Also small cards naming the product and the sugared-almond sponsor.

Directions map

A card with a map between church and reception, parking and directions for out-of-town guests. Folded A5 format or 10x21 postcard.

How we work with you

If you already have the design (made by a wedding designer, a friend who is a graphic artist, or an online template): send us the high-resolution PDF/AI/INDD files and we print the whole suite in 24-48h. Free file check: if there are resolution or setup problems, we tell you before printing.

If instead you start from scratch: our in-house design studio designs everything in 2-3 weeks based on your brief (theme, palette, typography, any recurring symbols). First draft in 5-7 days, 2-3 rounds of revisions included in the quote, final printing after approval. For short-notice weddings we speed things up, but our advice is to start at least 8 weeks ahead.

Either way, before printing everything we show you a physical sample: a single invitation, a booklet, a place card. Changes are possible, and only after your approval do we launch the full print run.

Frequently asked questions

What does the complete wedding printing suite include?
The classic wedding pieces: invitations (with envelope), optional save the date, ceremony booklet, table place cards, table menu, tableau de mariage (seating-plan sign), thank-you cards. All visually consistent: same palette, same typefaces, same decorative style. Available as a full package or individually, your choice.
How long does it take to prepare everything?
It depends on complexity. If you already have the design ready (files from your designer, from a site like Bridgeman, from a Canva template), we print all the material in 24-48h. If instead we design everything from scratch, allow 2-3 weeks: initial brief, first draft, revisions, printing. For short-notice weddings we adapt, but our advice is to start at least 8 weeks before the date.
Which papers do you recommend for the invitations?
For wedding invitations the most requested papers are: natural cotton paper (a premium tactile feel, atelier-grade), 250-300g ivory wove paper (classic Italian elegance), 300g recycled paper (for eco-conscious, nature-themed weddings), 300g Fedrigoni Sirio (coloured, high-pigment) for more modern invitations. Come to the shop: we have samples of them all.
Do you have a design studio for the wedding design?
Yes. Our in-house design studio designs the complete suite from scratch based on your brief: theme, palette, typography, any recurring symbols (monogram, custom illustrations). 2-3 rounds of revisions included, first draft in 5-7 working days. If you prefer to rely on an external designer and just bring us the finished files, that works too: we print any file that meets the print specifications.
How much does a complete wedding suite cost?
For 100 guests with the complete suite (invitations, booklet, place cards, menu, tableau, thank-you cards) you start from around € 600-900 if the design is already done. With design from our in-house studio, the additional design fee starts at € 400 and depends on complexity. For a personalised quote call us or come to the shop: in 30 minutes we go through everything.
