Professional photo printing

We print photos up to SA3 (10x15, 13x18, A4, A3) on 300 gsm matte coated paper: no reflections, an understated look, perfect for portraits and photos to be framed. For large format (from 50x70 up) we use glossy photo paper on the plotter: shiny surface, deep blacks and saturated colours. We don't print on cotton fine art paper: for that you need a specialist fine art lab. For the technical differences in detail read the photographic paper guide.

Standard sizes: 10x15, 13x18, 15x21 (A5), 20x25, 20x30, 24x30, 30x40, 30x45. Large sizes: A3 (30x42), A2 (42x59), A1 (59x84). For prints beyond A2 go to the large format page. Custom sizes (e.g. 50x70 panoramic, 60x60 square) are always feasible in digital printing.

Only from digital files (JPG, TIFF, PSD, PNG). Prints on paper, vintage ones included, we scan on the flatbed up to 600 dpi: see the scanning page. Film, slides and negatives we can't: that would need a film scanner, which we don't have. The minimum resolution for sharp prints is 240-300 dpi at final size.

For 50 10x15 colour photos on 300g coated paper: € 0.50 per photo (50 photos = € 25); for small quantities, up to 10 photos, € 1.00 each (13x18 format from € 1.00). The more photos you print, the less you pay per copy. Send us the file at stampa@guug.it for an exact quote.
