Terms and Conditions

These general terms and conditions govern the printing, binding and copy-shop services provided by GUUG SRL at its premises in Rome (Prati district) and through its contact channels and the shop.guug.it e-commerce site.

Scope of the service

GUUG SRL, with registered office at Via Città della Pieve 76, 00191 Rome (RM) and operational office at Via di Porta Castello 29, 00193 Rome (RM), provides printing, binding, large-format printing, graphic design and copy-shop services. This document governs the general terms applicable to the services provided and to orders managed through the shop, by phone, by email and via the shop.guug.it e-commerce platform.

Ordering and delivery

Orders can be placed directly at the shop in Via di Porta Castello 29, by phone at +39 06 4424 0707, by email at stampa@guug.it, or online via shop.guug.it. The customer can choose between collection at the GUUG operational office and shipping by express courier, with the cost shown before the order is confirmed.

Standard processing times are usually same-day; up to 2-3 working days for complex jobs or large print runs. For urgent printing, same-day delivery is available or, for some jobs, within 2 hours, subject to current availability: no surcharge for standard urgency, except for specific jobs agreed in advance.

Purchases made on the shop.guug.it e-commerce site are also governed by the sales conditions published on that domain, which prevail in the event of any discrepancy for online orders only.

Prices and payment

Service prices are available at the shop, on request through the contact channels and, for products available online, on the shop.guug.it site. All prices shown include VAT at the statutory rate.

For orders placed in the shop, payment is made upon collection or delivery. For orders placed online, payment is made via Stripe at the time of the order: the order is considered confirmed only after payment has been received.

Returns and refunds

As these are personalised products made to the customer's specifications, pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), Art. 59, letter c), the right of withdrawal does not apply.

In the event of printing or workmanship defects attributable to GUUG, the customer may request a free reprint of the product within 14 days of delivery, reporting the defect to stampa@guug.it or by phone at +39 06 4424 0707.

Returns or refunds are not accepted for change of mind, errors in content provided by the customer (text, images, files) or discrepancies not attributable to GUUG. We recommend checking files and proofs carefully before confirming the order.

Privacy and data processing

The personal data provided by the customer is processed pursuant to EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) exclusively for order management, invoicing and service communications. Files uploaded or delivered for printing are kept for the time necessary for processing and subsequently deleted.

Jurisdiction

For any dispute arising from the services and contracts governed by this document, the Court of Rome shall have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to the mandatory provisions of law protecting the consumer.
