Thermal binding and spiral binding: ready in 5 minutes in store. Hardcover thesis with foil stamping (gold or silver on the cover and spine): 2 hours in store — the fastest in Italy for this type of binding. If you order the hardcover online, shipping across Italy or abroad takes 24-48 hours.

Most Italian universities accept thermal or spiral binding for the working draft (bozza) and require hardcover for the final archival copy. International degree programs vary: some accept soft binding, others require hardcover. Check your secretariat first — if you are unsure, we know the standard for every Roman university and we can advise.

Yes, but only for the hardcover thesis with foil stamping (this is the format we ship). Order it from our online shop, upload the PDF, choose color and finish, pay by card. We ship in 24-48 hours anywhere in Italy and abroad. Thermal and spiral binding are not available online: they require pickup in store.

Standard A4 PDF, fonts embedded, single file (not a zip of chapters). For the hardcover we also need the cover and spine text — usually included in the file or sent separately. If you are unsure, email stampa@guug.it: we open the file, check it, and tell you within minutes if anything needs fixing before we print.
