What must business letterhead include?

By law, Italian business letterhead must state: the company name, registered office, VAT number, tax code, REA registration number and share capital (for corporations). Add your logo, contacts, website and any certifications or professional-register entries. For corporations, missing these details can lead to penalties.

What is the minimum quantity I can order?

The minimum run is 100 sheets. Below 100 the unit cost is high. It's best to start from 500 sheets to spread out the print cost. For intensive use (law firms, administrators) runs of 2,000-5,000 sheets cut the unit cost.

Can I print in monochrome to save money?

Yes, it's the most affordable and traditional choice. Black-and-white printing (or single Pantone colour, e.g. navy blue) costs less than half of full colour. It works very well for minimal logos, text data and monochrome logos.

How much does it cost to print 500 sheets of letterhead?

As a guide: A4 letterhead on 100-150g paper starts at € 0.20 per sheet in black and white (500 sheets ≈ € 100) and € 0.50 in colour. For an exact quote send your file to stampa@guug.it.
