11x22 commercial envelope

The most common format. Suited to A4 sheets folded in three, commercial letters, quick communications. Compatible with all postal franking machines. Standard rate.

22x32 window envelope

For sending invoices, deeds and communications with the address already printed on the inner sheet. The window removes the need to write by hand. Standard for building administrators and professional firms.

25x35 document envelope

Large format for A4 documents without folding. Ideal for notarial deeds, dossiers and work that must stay flat. Heavier paper for protection.

Frequently asked questions

Which envelope formats can I print?

The standard formats are 11x22 cm (commercial, for A4 sheets folded in three), 22x32 cm (with window, for invoices and deeds), 25x35 cm (flat A4 documents). You can also print custom formats: 17x17 squares for announcements, C4 envelopes, commercial mailers. Ask us whether your format is feasible.

Can I have an address window?

Yes. The standard window is a transparent film on the left side (22x32 format with a 3.7x10 cm window set 2 cm from the edge). It lets the address printed on the inner sheet show through, removing the need to write or label it. Compatible with continuous-form label printing.

What is the minimum quantity I can order?

The minimum run is 100 envelopes. Below 100 the unit cost is very high. It's best to start from 250-500 pieces for a reasonable cost. High runs (over 2,000) cut the unit cost by 50-60%.

How much does it cost to print 500 11x22 envelopes?

As a guide: 500 envelopes 11x22 cm in 1 colour (logo) on standard white wove paper start from € 110-150 (€ 0.22-0.30 each). Full colour and ivory or recycled paper add 20-30%. For an exact quote send your file to stampa@guug.it.

Do you have eco-friendly papers for envelopes?

Yes. You can print on FSC recycled paper in weights from 90 to 120g (perfect for envelopes). Natural paper (unbleached, light ivory) and recycled wove are also available. The price is slightly higher than standard paper but stays competitive. Consistent with a brand's green choices.
