How much does it cost to print 100 B/W A4 double-sided meeting notices?
Roughly € 20-30 for the printing, depending on the actual number of pages per notice. Envelope-stuffing is extra, to be agreed based on the envelope size. The exact price depends on the actual PDF: email it to us and we reply with a quote the same day.
How long does it take for 150 meeting notices with envelope-stuffing?
Roughly 2-3 hours of total work, including double-sided printing plus manual envelope-stuffing and sealing. For meeting deadlines scheduled within the same week, just send the file on Monday morning to have them ready by Tuesday afternoon.
Do you also handle postage and mailing?
For medium quantities we can take care of envelope-stuffing and take the batch to the partner post office for postage and mailing. Postage costs remain yours (we advance them and then bill them on the invoice). For tracked or registered mail, timing has to be coordinated with Poste Italiane's availability.
Can I have an annual agreement for my condominiums?
Yes. For firms with recurring volumes (10+ condominiums managed) we agree fixed rates on standard notices, statements and communications, with monthly invoicing. To set it up: a short meeting at our premises or a call to understand your average volumes and the formats you use, then we make a concrete tailored proposal.
Do you also print statements with complex tables?
Yes. Statements with detailed tables (income/expenditure by item, per-thousandth allocation, reserve fund) we handle regularly. For layouts with pages very dense with figures we recommend 90g paper instead of 80g, to improve legibility and durability. On request, thermal or spiral binding for files to be distributed.
