What you need for your stand
The requests we get most often from exhibitors, with real lead times. If your job isn't listed, ask: chances are we do it.
Roll-ups 85×200 and 100×200
Stand, printed graphic and shoulder bag: from € 150. At the counter we make it the same day. Ordered online, even from abroad, it's ready 24 working hours after payment, and you see the pick-up date before you pay.
→Business cards
Classic cards on coated paper: 100 from € 15 single-sided, € 20 double-sided. Usually same day, in as little as 1 hour if it's a real emergency.
→Flyers
150 gsm coated paper, single or double-sided at the same price: 100 for € 26, 1,000 for € 160. Same day up to 2,500 copies.
→Brochures and catalogues
A5 or A4 saddle-stitched, from € 0.20 per page (A5 colour). Usually 24–48 hours: if the fair is tomorrow, tell us straight away — we can often finish the same day.
→A1 and A0 posters
From € 11 (A1) and € 15 (A0) on 90 gsm paper. About 30 minutes on the machine plus any jobs ahead of yours: bring the PDF and wait in the shop. Posters are collection only, we don't ship them.
→PVC banners
With grommets, up to 107 cm high and as long as you need: 200×80 cm from € 90. Ready in 2–3 days: this is the one to order first.

Two ways to get your print to the stand
Collect from the shop
Via di Porta Castello 29, between St. Peter's (200 m) and Castel Sant'Angelo, Metro A Ottaviano. Handy if you're staying in the centre: stop by the evening before, by 7 pm, and take everything to the fair next morning.

DHL to the fair or your hotel
We ship by DHL to whatever address you give us: the fair, your hotel, your office. Shipping is added to the print cost and shown in your quote. First ask the organisers how and when they accept exhibitors' parcels. Works for everything except posters.
Shipping charged separately
The calendar matters more than the machine
We're closed at weekends. Many fairs open on a Saturday or run until Sunday: if set-up day is Friday, 7 pm on Friday is your last chance to collect. For Saturday and Sunday, get your spare stock beforehand.
Roll-ups: same day at the counter, working hours online. Order it in the shop, or send us the file and come to collect, and it's ready the same day. Online it's 24 working hours from payment: paid on Wednesday at 11 am, ready on Thursday at 11 am; paid on Friday afternoon, ready on Monday.
A print-ready file is half the time. High-resolution PDF, 3 mm bleed, fonts embedded. On a roll-up the bottom 10–12 cm sit inside the base: keep your logo and contact details higher up. If the file has a problem we tell you before printing, not after.

From Fiera di Roma to Prati
Fiera di Roma is on Via Portuense, towards Fiumicino airport; we're in the city centre, about twenty kilometres away. By train: line FL1 from Fiera di Roma station to Roma Trastevere, then FL3 or FL5 to Roma San Pietro and about fifteen minutes on foot. By taxi it depends heavily on traffic. That's why, where possible, it's easier to collect on your way to the hotel or have it shipped to the fair.
