When you buy online and the shop lets you choose a pickup point, choose GUUG and collect your parcel here. For all five carriers you can collect parcels sent here and drop off parcels and returns with a ready label. Only with DHL can we also prepare the shipment for you.

Collecting parcels bought online

At checkout, if the online shop offers DHL, UPS, GLS, InPost or Poste Italiane pickup points, choose GUUG at Via di Porta Castello 29. Pickup only works this way: the point has to be chosen when you buy.

DHL

Parcels and returns with a label. And if you have no label, we create the shipment at the counter: tell us destination and size, pay here and the parcel goes out with DHL.

UPS

UPS parcels and returns with the label already printed: hand them in at the counter and we pass them to the carrier.

GLS

GLS parcels and returns with a label: leave them with us during shop hours, no appointment needed.

InPost

InPost parcels and returns with a ready label, handed in at the counter.

Punto Poste (Poste Italiane)

We are a Punto Poste: you can hand in Poste Italiane parcels and returns here with a ready label, without queuing at the post office.
